♦ Canadian Judge - International Brass Quintet Competition – New York Bass Conference
♦ Author for the Canadian Band Journal, the NY Brass Conference Magazine and other publications
♦ Dr. Lewis has performed with the Phoenix, Flagstaff, Regina, Colorado Springs, Fraser Valley, Chilliwack Symphonies; Rochester and Vancouver Philharmonics, and the Radio City Music Hall Orchestra and others. As soloist he has performed in many cities in the US, Canada and Europe including Boston Symphony Hall, Carnegie Hall in NY, Vancouver's Canada Place, Moose Jaw, Abbotsford and Chilliwack and more
